  • 1 scoop The Man Shake Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts or hazelnut meal
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup choc hazelnut spread (for a low sugar version use the Nuttvia brand)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp almond milk (as needed)


  1. Blend oats into a fine flour using a food processor or blender. If using whole hazelnuts, blend them into a fine flour also.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until they are a dough-like consistency
  3. Roll into 10 balls
