Jeff lost 29kg after seeing the Dr


Jeff, 50 from Sydney.

At my heaviest, I was 133kg. I work in graphics, so most of my day I'm sitting down, at work and to and from work. I would never eat breakfast and if I did, it would be fast food. The same story with lunch. Sometimes no lunch or unhealthy fast food. I would then get home and be starving.

I would always overeat as my portion control was non-existent. On top of that, I would then snack on rubbish food right up until bed.

After a while, I became stressed, tired, not sleeping, terrible heartburn while sleeping. Even the most simple tasks of life and I would break into a sweat just simply taking a few steps. I knew my health was deteriorating.

I was determined to succeed and get my health back. For 18 weeks I was drinking 2 shakes per day and with snacks and healthy dinner.

Once I lost the weight all of my health issues have just disappeared.

It's amazing how much more confident I am and way more energy every day. I want to lose another 4kg, but once I hit that I will continue to use The Man Shake as a healthy breakfast and to maintain my weight.
