Air Fried Marinated Chicken Breast with Salad

  • 1 x chicken breast
  • 1-2 x tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 x teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 x teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ x cucumber (chopped)
  • ½ x carrot (grated)
  • 1 x cup of mixed salad leaves


  • Combine sesame oil, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl.
  • Gently and lightly ‘crosshatch’ chicken breast with a knife
  • Rub the marinade into the chicken breast, focusing on the crosshatched areas.
  • Place chicken breast in a bowl, cover and let sit for an hour in the fridge.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees (if you don’t have an air fryer you can bake in the oven).
  • Place chicken for 15 minutes, turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Slice chicken breast and serve with salad.
  • Enjoy!
