Never had a sweet omelette? Then you've been missing out, this surprising dish is packed with protein and super easy to make. It's a go-to weekend snack that hits the spot!


  • 100g egg whites
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberries


  1. Whisk the egg whites, vanilla and sweetener together
  2. Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat
  3. Pour in the egg whites and allow to cook, using a spatula, fold in half and continue to cook
  4. Once cooked halfway through, flip and cook the other side
  5. Top with peanut butter and strawberries or toppings of choice.
