Adam MacDougall is a former professional rugby league player. He represented his country and state, and won two NRL premierships with the Newcastle Knights. The 10 Minute Man is awesome.By: Travis Allen on 12 October 2017Although I haven't done the exercises yet as I'm trying to lose some of my excess weight first to reduce impact on my injured joints, just reading the book has helped me get into a better pattern of eating. The recipes were also fantastic - everyone in the family enjoys them.
