FISH TACOS

What a great way to change things up in the kitchen tonight with this awesome fish taco recipe that is healthy,
tasty and will leave you satisfied come dinner time.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lime
- 2 fish fillets (approx 300g)
- 2 handfuls lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 C shredded cheese
- 6 taco shells
METHOD
- Heat a pan and spray with oil and cook fish fillets (approx 3 minutes each side)
- While cooking fish, dice tomato
- Smash avocado with a fork
- Heat taco shells
- Break fish into bite size pieces once cooked
- Divide all ingredients into 6 for your 6 shells and in each taco shell put lettuce, tomato, fish, avocado, salsa and squeeze some lime juice on top
*Sprinkle with cheese and repeat with all 6 shells
