Chocolate Man Balls

Take back your BALLS! Don't settle for sugar-filled balls that pretend to be healthy; instead, make your own.
This recipe takes less than 5 minutes and is the real deal, packed full of protein to give you back your punch.

INGREDIENTS

80g FRESH MEDJOOL DATES, PITTED AND CHOPPED
1/2 CUP RAW ALMONDS
1/2 CUP CHOC MINT THE MAN SHAKE
1 TABLESPOON RAW CACAO POWDER
1 TABLESPOON MELTED COCONUT OIL
1/4 CUP COWS MILK (YOU CAN USE COCONUT OR ALMOND MILK)

METHOD

1. Blast the dates, almonds, The Man Shake powder and cocao in a blender until there are no chunks left.

2. Shake the blended mixture into a bowl and add the coconut oil and milk.

3. Mix it all together with your fingers and roll into 7 balls.

4. Keep the balls in an air-tight container in the fridge (and give them at least an hour in there before eating).

2 BALLS PER SERVE

MAKES 7 

Protein: 8g  Sugar: 8g (per serve)
