We hear it all the time - it's too expensive to be healthy. Well we are here to tell you NO IT'S NOT.

A can of tuna costs no more than $2. A dozen eggs costs no more than $5. You can buy a pack of frozen vegetables for under $2 which contains six serves of vegetables and neither of those foods take too long to prepare either.

Another big misconception is that you need to purchase a gym membership to start exercising... And guess what, you don't. Your body is the best gym, and if you can't handle your own bodyweight, you should work on that before lifting barbells or kettle bells. Push Ups, Squats, Star Jumps, Burpees may all be old school moves but they work, and are free. All you need is 10 minutes a day and some spare space in your house and you are good to go!

In this week's edition of The Man Shake Video Blog, Adam gives you some great hacks to lose weight on a budget.
