IT'S A MARATHON NOT A SPRINT - TIM IS DOWN 10KGS AND COUNTING

Hi guys, I'm Tim McMullen, 30 and I live in Rockhampton QLD.
I started the man shake program in May 2017 and Lost 10kg in 10 weeks.
When I started the Man Shake I was 119kg and after 10 weeks I had dropped 10 kilos and weighed in at 109kg. In the first 5 weeks I wasn't exercising and but still losing weight and over the last 4 weeks, I started walking for half an hour in the afternoon after work which just kicked everything up another notch.
Even without the exercise, I was steadily losing weight week on week. For anyone thinking about trying the man shake and is a bit hesitant, I can't recommend the man shake highly enough.
I was skeptical, to begin with like most people would be and was wary of spending money on something that might not work, but it absolutely does work and as I've done over the last 2 months it can be easily maintained.
But for me now, it's time to tackle the next 10kgs
