The biggest difference after losing the weight has made is it's made my depression go away. My skin is better I'm sweating less and my clothes fit great not to mention its improved my marriage and love life.
Time was my biggest roadblock.
Working full time flat out and having a family to look after, it didn't leave any room for wanting to exercise. So having the manshake made it possible to put something good in my body to keep me going and has improved my energy.
I would recommend the manshake to any bloke that wants to change their lives because it works and not only that the support from others is inspiring as we all have the same goal in mind. If you want to sit on the lounge and feel sorry for yourself then you only have yourself to blame. It's hard at first but its bloody worth it for sure.
If your thinking about starting this awesome program then you've taken the first step. Take the leap and have a red hot go. What do you have to lose? If you don't succeed hang in there. You have to learn how to walk before you can run and if you commit to this program you will be running a lot easier.
