Here's an incredible story from Chris who worked long hours, was overweight and unmotivated to lose weight. 

Not only has he transformed his life for the better, but he has shed an awesome amount of weight and has come so far to what he expected when he first got started. This is inspiration right here guys! Check out his story -


"I work as a retail manager and work long hours with little time to even think about exercise."

"My normal breakfast would include a cheese and bacon pie, a cheese and bacon roll and would wash it down with an Oak."

"I would normally polish off a block of chocolate a day and would just eat out of boredom after the kids went to bed. Around 2 litres of soft drink a day would also be the norm."
