With so much information around losing weight, trending diets, what you can't eat, and exercise till the wheels fall off, it can be hard to understand HOW to lose fat.

1. Eat More Protein
What? Eat more to lose weight? Well, essentially, yes. But it's not how much you eat, it's what you eat. Protein is key for building muscle, but it's also important for any body transformation, fat loss included.
Protein speeds up your metabolism, which means you burn more calories processing food. It also leaves you feeling more satisfied after meals, controlling your appetite longer than other carb heavy foods.
