It really worksBy: Scott Compson on 15 December 2017I wasn't to sure if this was another fad or something that really works, but I'm pleased to say it most definitely works. It's easy and tastes good. I started at 92 kg in 7 days I've lost 3 kg and one belt notch. No extra exercise just made some small changes to food especialy in the evening when the 3.00pm munchies used to kick in I have a man bar instead. That satisfies my hunger, dinner is a smaller portion than it used to be and I'm not hungry after. Highly recommended.

Such a simple changeBy: James Pearson on 29 March 2017I needed to change something, I have tried radical diets before, Tried exercising and can get 3-6 months out before going back to what I know as it's just too hard. This is great though as it seems sustainable. Having a shake for breakfast and a bar at 11am makes me less hungry at lunch time, then the simple "eat whats on your plate, but wait 10 minutes and drink 2 glasses of water before going for seconds" at dinner time has made quite a difference. I'm only drinking water, beer & wine which is fine, and having one meal a week to eat whatever I like is great for flexibility. I've only been going for 5 weeks, but this seems very sustainable, and with only a couple of walks a week i've been loosing on average 1.5kg per week. Not a miracle result, but if it's sustainable, then fantastic.
More aware and tasty recipesBy: Dan on 15 February 2017The shakes are very tasty and working a treat. My wife and I are challenging ourselves to cook every recipe in both books (wife started with the Lady shake and got the other book pack). It has made us more aware to read the calorie, sugar and carb content on food products, this includes fresh food (downloaded an app to help with this). We have always eaten healthy but now have educated ourselves to eat the required portion and not over do it. We are loosing weight and we are very happy.
New startBy: Peter on 19 January 2017The pack gives you all you need to get started.the shake is a bit thick but once you get the ratio right it's great, plenty of flavours to choose from. The books give you a great guide on how to eat better and healthier.so far so good.
AwesomeBy: Andrew Smith on 17 January 2017Love the shakes. Taste good on their own but I've added frozen banana to the chocolate and mixed frozen berries to the vanilla and they are fantastic. My wife has noticed the weight loss already.

I do have a suggestion for future clients with relation to the 'Starter Pack'. It may be an idea to include one off samples of the other flavours for people to taste all options.
