PORK AND SATAY VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pork steaks (approx 450gms total)
  • 1 tablespoon satay sauce (I use the brand yeos)
  • Veggies - 1 packet superfood stirfry veggies or plain stirfry veggies
  • 1 handful mushrooms

If you want to use fresh veggies go -

  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5 florets broccoli
  • 5 florets cauliflower
  • 1/4 red capsicum
  • 1/4 red cabbage or normal cabbage

METHOD

  1. Heat frypan and spray with oil
  2. Cook pork steaks (approx 5 min each side) or till cooked all the way through
  3. While pork cooking, cut up veggies and put on another hot frypan with oil
  4. Cook veggies approx 6 Min or until soft
  5. In a small cup put satay sauce with 1/4cup hot water and stir
  6. Add satay sauce to veggies and stir
  7. Put veggies on plate, pork on top and you're ready to eat

NOTE - This serves enough for 2 for dinner and one the next day for leftovers.
