HEALTHY SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

INGREDIENTS
500g lean Beef
1 onion (diced)
1 can pasta sauce - five brothers onion and garlic is my favourite (select one with 5g or less sugar per 100g
1 carrot - chopped
1 zucchini - chopped
handfull mushrooms chopped 
1 tomato chopped
3 Cup cooked wholemeal spaghetti
 
1.Heat frypan (see pasta instructions below to do whilst cooking bolognaise)
2. When hot add carrot and onion to pan and cook approx 3 min
3. Add mince and cook till brown (approx 6 min) stiring constantly 
4. Add other veggies
5. cook approx 3 more min then add pasta sauce 
6. put on low heat and stir for another 2 minutes then add on top of pasta and serve
 
COOK PASTA
1. Put saucepan on stove and fill with water on high heat
2. When water boiling add pasta and cook until soft (approx 10 min)
 
ADAM'S TIP: you have 4 serves so use 1 serve for lunch the next day and freeze any other leftovers
