CHILLI CHICKEN BURGER

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g lean hicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon hot chilli sauce (or sweet chilli cause if you prefer)
  • 2. teaspoons low fat mayo
  • handful lettuce
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 slice beetroot (optional)
  • 2 sliced tomato
  • 1 wholemeal breadroll

METHOD

  1. Heat frypan and spray with oil
  2. When hot add chicken and cook for approx 4 min on each side or until cooked
  3. Combine chilli and mayo and spread on roll
  4. Add all salad
  5. Add chicken and eat!

This serves enough for 1 *double the recipe to if you are cooking for more than one :)
