Balsamic Pork with Cauliflower and Celeriac Mash

INGREDIENTS - serves 4

* 4 pieces pork (approx 600g)
* 1 teaspoon minced garlic
* 1 brown onion Chopped
* 1 small celeriac
* 1/2 cauliflower
* 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
* 1 bunch broccoli
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
* 1/4C milk
* 1/2 C parmesan cheese

METHOD

1. heat pan and spray with oil
2.  add pork and cook approx 2 minutes each side
3. while still cooking add onion, garlic, rosemary and balsamic
4. cook another 4 minutes or until cooked to your liking
5. whilse pork cooking make mash:
chop cauliflower and celeriac and cook in mirowave approx 6 min or until tender
6. add milk and cheese and mash
7. cook broccoli in microwave approx 5 min

Divide into 4 serves and enjoy
